Our client is a forward-thinking digital law firm specializing in intellectual property and commercial disputes, redefining the conventional legal service model.

With a rapidly expanding client base and a track record of success, we are looking for a skilled litigator to enhance their accomplished team.

YOUR NEW ROLE

As a key member of this agile and innovative law firm, you will be mentored by the managing principal, a seasoned entrepreneur and former top-tier lawyer. You will enjoy a varied and engaging workload, representing a diverse clientele across Australia.

Your responsibilities will include taking ownership of your own litigation portfolio, advising and resolving disputes in areas such as:

  • Intellectual Property: primarily trademarks;
  • Commercial Matters: including contracts, corporate law, debt recovery, privacy issues, defamation, and employment law.

WHO YOU ARE

We invite applications from candidates who:

  • Are a qualified solicitor;
  • Possess a minimum of 4 years experience in commercial litigation, ideally with some exposure to intellectual property litigation;
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail, exceptional drafting, communication, advocacy, and negotiation skills;
