Employment Law Senior Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our well-respected Employment practice. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with our experienced Partners to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

About the Role
  • Contribute to the development of complex employment law matters, including unfair dismissals, industrial disputes, and workplace compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide strategic advice to clients on organizational change and strategy, workplace health and safety, and complex workplace investigations.
  • Participate in business development initiatives to grow our client base and expand our services.
  • Mentor junior lawyers to develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in Private Practice, with a strong background in employment law and litigation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A collaborative and flexible approach, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
