Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Bartender to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and serve delicious alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  2. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for guests.

  3. Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and deliver exceptional service to meet their needs.

  4. Handle cash and process payments accurately, maintaining a secure and efficient payment system.

  5. Adhere to health and safety standards, liquor laws, and responsible alcohol service practices.

  6. Assist with restocking inventory, managing bar supplies, and preparing for events and promotions.

  7. Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.

Requirements

  • Current Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.

  • Valid Working Visa for Australia.

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Availability to work weekends, public holidays, day shifts, evening shifts, and flexible hours.

Benefits

This casual position offers a competitive hourly rate of $31.23 - $43.72 per hour and a guaranteed minimum of 10-25 hours per week.
