Crystalbrook Vincent is located on Howard Smith Wharves and is focused on providing an exceptional guest experience and this very much includes a critical focus on our beverage and bar operation.

This newly created position is designed to be instrumental in providing cutting edge encounters to all who cross our threshold. We are looking for a suitably experienced Mixologist and Liquor Connoisseur who can provide our members and guests with an outstanding experience. You must be able to meet the needs of our guests and visitors by building true connections and relationships, compelling them to come back time and time again.

You will be responsible for bar operations, driving new ideas and being the instrumental 'go to' expert for all things bar management. You will need to be able to perfectly prepare and craft alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, which includes mixing ingredients to prepare classic and innovative cocktails.
