What You'll Do:

  • Drive sales by upselling, product knowledge, and engagement.
  • Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed.
  • Own your space, delivering exceptional service whether behind the bar, at reception, or running a function.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and take opportunities to go above and beyond.
  • Create unforgettable moments for teens, kids, and adults.

What We Look For:

  • Energy, enthusiasm, and positivity.
  • Customer service experience, hospitality, or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport.
  • Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights.
  • A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them.
