Job Title: Ecommerce Director

As an Ecommerce Director, you will drive the next era of global online growth by developing and executing digital strategies across regions and third-party online retailers.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive ecommerce strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Lead and elevate the global digital and ecommerce strategy, especially across Western markets.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in an ecommerce management role, ideally within beauty, personal care, wellness, luxury, or adjacent industries.
  • Deep knowledge of ecommerce ecosystems, digital performance, customer lifecycle marketing, and global go-to-market strategies.
  • Natural leadership skills, with the ability to build trust, empower teams, and navigate high-growth, high-change environments.
  • Solutions-oriented, commercially savvy, and passionate about clean, purposeful brands.
