Mental Health Clinician Needed in Regional Community

We are seeking a motivated and skilled mental health clinician to join our team in the regional community of Deniliquin. As a Youth Mental Health Clinician, you will be responsible for delivering holistic, person-centered care to young people with complex mental health needs and their families and carers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan and deliver comprehensive mental health care to young people and their families
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated and coordinated service models
  • Develop and implement multiagency care plans for young people with complex mental illness
  • Provide support and guidance to families and carers of young people experiencing severe mental illness
Requirements:
  • Relevant Australian qualification as a Counsellor, Psychologist, Social Worker or Registered Nurse
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field, e.g., community welfare
  • High level of professionalism, ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Sound communication skills, both written and verbal
