We are seeking a Youth Mental Health Professional to join our team in Deniliquin.

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding and ability to provide holistic, person-centred and trauma-informed care to young people with complex mental health needs and their families and carers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering evidence-based therapies to support young people experiencing or at risk of developing severe mental illness.

  • Collaborating with local healthcare services to ensure seamless referrals and transitions.

Requirements:

  • A relevant Australian qualification as a Counsellor, Psychologist, Social Worker or Registered Nurse.
  • Demonstrated expertise in youth mental health services and trauma-informed care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
