We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the daily operations of our 60-place centre in Roselands, Southwest Sydney. As Childcare Director I, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs, systems, and operational processes to ensure the successful running of the centre.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional knowledge and experience in leading a team of professional staff, with a solid understanding of policies, procedures, and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing centre programs and operational processes
  • Ensuring reporting requirements are met on time
  • Maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Providing support and guidance to staff members
  • Managing centre budgets and expenditure
  • Ensuring centre compliance with policies and regulations

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, 2 years of experience as a Centre Director, and a current First Aid Certificate.

A competitive salary base up to $130,000 plus superannuation is on offer, along with Employee Assistance Program (EAP), RDO each month, paid lunch break, and opportunities for professional development.
