We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education Team Leader to join our team at Nido Early School Eyre Village in Adelaide’s northern suburbs. This permanent, full-time role offers a unique opportunity to lead a small team and contribute to delivering high-quality educational programs for children.

About Our Kinder Program

Nido Early School Eyre Village is committed to providing contemporary educational practices inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy. Our intergenerational program offers a chance for children to engage with the local retirement village through incursions and excursions, promoting a sense of community and social responsibility.

As a Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement curriculums that enrich the child’s holistic self, working collaboratively with your team to achieve outstanding outcomes. You will also be involved in mentoring and coaching colleagues, ensuring they receive personalized support and guidance to excel in their roles.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood or working towards a Diploma
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • A current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Experience in leading a room, highly regarded
