This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organization in the field of mental injury management. As a Mental Health Consultant, you will play a key role in developing strategies for managing mental injury claims.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Counselling, Rehabilitation Counselling, Mental Health Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing, Mental Health Social Worker or a related discipline.
- Experience: Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation, or other return to Work/Claims Management is highly desirable.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and de-escalation skills with all levels of staff and external parties.
- Attributes: An ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively, ability to lead presentations and the ability to be both a coach and mentor peers.
