About the Role

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients, driving strategic outcomes and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on structuring, asset protection, tax planning, and succession, ensuring seamless integration with client goals.
  • Review and approve financials and complex tax matters, including CGT, Division 7A, and FBT, upholding the highest standards of technical excellence.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop your team to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Drive workflow efficiency, optimize systems, and support business growth initiatives, ensuring optimal performance and results.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in public practice, demonstrating strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of industry trends.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of success in managing high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Advanced knowledge of tax planning, trusts, companies, CGT, and FBT, with a passion for staying ahead of industry developments.
  • Excellent client communication skills, able to distill complex information into actionable insights and deliver tailored advice that meets client needs.
  • Ambition to take on senior leadership roles and contribute significantly to the organization's growth and success.
