About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our AI-powered systems.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automated build, test, and deploy pipelines to ensure quick and safe deployment of new models and services.

  • Manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform or similar tools, balancing performance with cost.

  • Develop observability metrics for model-level latency, token usage, and streaming throughput.

  • Manage artifacts, including model weights, embeddings, and audio assets, to ensure version traceability and rollback ease.

  • Harden security by applying least-privilege principles, secrets management, and data-handling policies suited to sensitive health data.

  • Guide the team by creating runbooks, sharing best practices, and helping engineers debug production issues.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong foundation in Linux, containers, and networking.

  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and at least one major cloud platform.

  • CI/CD expertise covering microservices and workloads that include GPUs or other specialized hardware.

  • Working knowledge of monitoring and alerting stacks, including Prometheus, Grafana, and Cloud Native Tools.

  • Comfort navigating security and compliance in a data-sensitive environment.

  • Clear communication; ability to make complex infra topics accessible to the rest of engineering.
