Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of various building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC.

They will perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and complete records for the buildings main mechanical systems.

A key aspect of this role is providing exceptional customer service to tenants by responding promptly and efficiently to their requests.

  • Must possess four (4) years of trade school training or six (6) years of general maintenance experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical, electronics, and HVAC.
  • Alternatively, two (2) years of general maintenance experience in one or more of the above-mentioned skill areas may be sufficient.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

  • Ability to work well within a team environment by accepting and offering constructive feedback.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to interact effectively with patients/customers.
  • Exposure to dust, dirt, variable temperatures, and long hours due to emergencies.
  • Physical ability to be on feet most of the day and perform tasks that require reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting light to heavy weight objects.
