Financial Operations Manager

Target Business Services is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and maintaining financial records to ensure the company's continued growth and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including detailed financial analysis to guide business strategy.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insight into future financial performance and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's assets.
  • Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure the company's financial stability.
  • Provide financial advice and insights to senior management on investments, cost management, and capital expenditures.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and financial regulations.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and investment decisions.
  • Create, install, and monitor internal controls and procedures.
  • Analyze revenue and expenditure against budget.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, taxation laws, and financial reporting standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High standard of professionalism and operation with exceptional integrity and initiative.
  • Detail-oriented, methodical, and structured.
