Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role as a Key Business Growth Specialist. As the first point of contact for merchant partners, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage calls and emails from leads, existing merchant partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Process inbound leads and set them up in our CRM system
  • Report as requested by the external team
  • Troubleshoot issues for our merchant partners
  • Support our external sales team with their inbound requests

You will be a proactive and can-do individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be driven to make a positive difference in the merchant experience.
