Financial Collections Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the Accounts Receivable Officer position.
This role involves managing the collection of overdue accounts, reconciling direct debit transactions, and collaborating with external advisors on debt recovery matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting payments from overdue accounts
- Reconciling monthly direct debit transactions, including follow-ups on failed payments
- Collaborating with external advisors on debt recovery matters
- Managing caveats in coordination with legal partners
- Maintaining accurate debtor ledgers within our management system
- Generating and issuing recurring invoices for membership and residency fees
- Maintaining member data integrity across systems
- Ensuring tasks are performed in line with organisational policies and compliance standards
- Communicating effectively with internal teams and external contacts
- Identifying improvements to streamline financial and administrative processes
- Assisting the front desk team with member inquiries via phone, email, or in person when needed
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a minimum of 2 years' experience in Accounts Receivable, and be a team player available to work on-site 5 days a week.
