  • Proactively plan and coordinate projects to ensure resources are adequate and fit for purpose.
  • Directly accountable for setting up worksites to ensure safe conduct of activities.
  • Develop relationships with clients to maximise business opportunities.
  • Effectively manage multiple jobs on site with leading hands and sub-contractors.
  • Liaise with client representatives on technical and minor contractual issues.
  • Report construction and technical issues immediately to the site engineering team.

You will be responsible for ensuring daily pre-start meetings are held with all personnel on site. This is a great opportunity to work on a large-scale project and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor with:

  • Tertiary/Trade qualification or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years' experience in construction works.
  • Experience in the resource (mining/oil & gas) industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with personnel and sub-contractors.
  • Strong HSE understanding and implementation skills.
