About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated General Practitioner to provide high-quality healthcare services to residents in aged care facilities. As a Family Medicine Specialist, you will be working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and improve health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing medical consultations to residents in aged care facilities via face-to-face visits or telehealth
  • Collaborating with our team of doctors, nurses, geriatricians, carers, and allied health professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
Requirements:
  • Vocational or General Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Full Australian work rights
  • Experience in Emergency Department and/or General Practice settings
  • No restrictions imposed by the moratorium
