About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our iKnow Commercial squad in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for elaborating and articulating requirements, supporting the delivery of critical changes to the application, and working closely with business stakeholders, initiative leads, and your squad.

Your mission will be to improve the customer experience by devising new and innovative solutions and services that provide the best possible value back to our business, while satisfying requirements that are simple and easy to use for our Bankers. You will be working day-to-day with a squad of Engineers, Testers, Analysts, a User Experience Designer, and Scrum Master, as well as the squad Product Owner and Release Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gathering business requirements and designing and documenting processes
  • Providing detailed solution requirements required for technical delivery
  • Facilitating workshops and communicating effectively with stakeholders
  • Managing change and ensuring smooth implementation for our Bankers
