Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Senior Manager to lead our Max Sales Agency Management team at Warner Bros. Discovery. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, driving revenue growth and innovation in the media industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the external Sales Agency, ensuring accountability and accurate forecasting.
  2. Sponsor innovation and proactively deliver revenue targets, partnering with the external agency and internal teams.
  3. Implement and execute the commercial model, providing training and support to the external agency.
  4. Lead review sessions and manage payments and fees, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  5. Develop and deliver sponsorship and integration opportunities, working closely with internal teams and the appointed agency.
  6. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent communication.

Requirements:

  1. Extensive senior management experience, ideally including agency and portfolio management.
  2. Proven experience in achieving revenue targets and developing successful revenue strategies.
  3. In-depth knowledge of the media industry, with a proven track record of success.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high levels of collaboration and strategic thinking.
