Job Title: Multi-Skilled Café ProfessionalAs a skilled and versatile café professional, you will be the face of our popular aquatic and leisure facilities in Melbourne. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and providing top-notch customer service.
  • You must possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
  • A positive attitude, confidence when engaging with customers, and a well-presented appearance are essential for creating a professional atmosphere.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently is vital for teamwork.
  • You should have previous experience in hospitality or retail, particularly with 1+ years of coffee-making experience.
  • Availability to work weekends and afternoons until late evening is mandatory.
  • The ability to commit to at least 3 shifts per week is required.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of coffee experience.
  • Preferably 1 year of hospitality or retail experience.
Working Conditions:

Coffee making experience is necessary. No remote work is permitted; in-person attendance is required.
