A leading construction company is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administrator to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to work on a diverse range of commercial construction projects.

The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards, and mitigating risk. They will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to negotiate terms, resolve issues, and streamline contract processes.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in contracts administration, with a proven track record in complex contract negotiations and management. They will also possess strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite, and will have a strong understanding of contract law and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and assess potential risks associated with contracts and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Cost Control: Manage all cost control for head contract claims, variations, subcontract claims, monthly cost reporting.
  • Document Control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documents.
  • Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the contract lifecycle in a timely and effective manner.
About You
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in contracts administration.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
