Event Hospitality Staff

As a key member of our team at a major festival in Sydney, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve beverages to customers.
  • Interact with customers and take orders.
  • Follow RSA regulations, including checking identification to confirm customers meet the legal drinking age.
  • Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
  • Report any issues or potential issues to Bar Manager.
  • Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
  • General cleaning duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Prior bar experience is not essential.
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate recognised in the state of New South Wales.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Shift Information:

Bar shifts are allocated and communicated closer to the event date. Most shifts are around 6 hours long between 3:00 pm - 11:59 pm.
