Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute grid connection strategies for power generation projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversight of the grid connection process, managing stakeholder relationships and securing necessary agreements with AEMO and network operators.
  • Analyse grid constraints and provide technical solutions to optimise project feasibility and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate project success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, power systems, renewable energy or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in managing grid connection projects with a strong understanding of electricity markets.
  • In-depth knowledge of grid codes, standards and regulatory frameworks.
