Key responsibilities include developing consultative relationships with customers to understand their unique business challenges, technical requirements, and compliance needs. You will provide expert guidance on how to optimally adopt and leverage AWS services and the broader technology ecosystem to modernize applications, migrate workloads to the cloud, and accelerate the development of innovative industry technology.
Additional duties may include collaborating cross-functionally with customers to design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure and applications. You will also enable customers to achieve their business objectives by fully leveraging the capabilities of the AWS services and industry best practices.
About the TeamAWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The ideal candidate will possess 4+ years of experience in technology domain areas such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics. A minimum of 2 years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures is also required.

As a trusted customer advocate, Solutions Architects help our customers understand best practices around modern technology, AI, and advanced cloud-based solutions, and provide advice on strategies for migrating existing workloads to the cloud and deploying innovative solutions. You'll help drive successful business outcomes across a broad set of customers through your passion for educating, training, designing, and building technology. You'll act as your customer's AWS CTO, shaping and executing a strategy to build deep adoption and broad use of AWS by mobilizing resources within AWS and working with our extensive partner network.
- Develop deep, consultative relationships with customers to understand their unique business challenges, technical requirements, and compliance needs.
- Provide expert guidance on how to optimally adopt and leverage the full potential of AWS services and the broader technology ecosystem to modernize applications, migrate workloads to the cloud, ideate, and productionize AI solutions and accelerate the development of innovative industry technology.
