Enterprise Risk Manager

As a Lead Risk Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the risk culture across all levels of the business. You will be instrumental in ensuring that regulatory, legislative, and compliance obligations are not only met but exceeded.
You will be responsible for working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to support the ongoing development and implementation of a robust Risk Management Framework. Your day-to-day activities will also involve administering fraud analytics platforms, coordinating crisis simulations, and ensuring that compliance obligations are consistently met. Additionally, you will support internal audits and policy reviews while providing guidance on legislative changes.
Success in this role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a genuine commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You must be able to build strong relationships across all levels of the business and contribute to strategic objectives through expert risk assurance support.
