Job Title: Enterprise Risk Manager

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in risk management, with a focus on identifying and mitigating potential risks to our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the organization.
  • Design and implement effective risk reporting frameworks, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging risk trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring our risk management framework remains compliant and effective.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in a field such as Business, Finance, or Risk Management.
  • Proven experience in risk management, preferably within a similar industry or sector.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles, frameworks, and regulations.
