Senior Leadership Opportunity

About the Role

The Senior Leader will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and oversight, as well as partnering with senior stakeholders to inform long-term strategy and transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing organisational policies and procedures in line with legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Oversight of program implementation, monitoring and evaluation to ensure quality and effectiveness
  • Liaising with auditors and maintaining a quality management system
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum three years' experience in a similar leadership position, with a strong track record of strategic planning and operational execution
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and support teams in a trauma-informed environment, fostering a positive organisational culture
  • Tertiary qualifications in business management, quality management or related discipline
