Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our Retail and Digital Growth team in Sydney. This role involves supporting advertising solutions for clients, including bookings, media plans, competitive reports, and more.

You will assist in developing bespoke proposals, undertaking market research, monitoring campaigns, and supporting administrative tasks, all while building strong relationships internally and externally.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Client Partner to develop sales strategies for their portfolio.
  • Serve as a contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and address deviations proactively.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Contribute to a high-performance environment with clear objectives.
  • Assist in identifying and developing tailored client solutions.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality client responses, including presentations and schedules.
  • Maintain positive relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
Key Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage priorities.
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service.
  • Adaptability to changing environments.
  • Media experience is desirable.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
