
Vehicle Parts Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced automotive parts specialist to join our team in a key role as a Vehicle Parts Coordinator.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in vehicle identification and sourcing high-quality automotive parts. As a Vehicle Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with customers to identify their vehicle requirements
- Identifying the make, model, and variations of motor vehicle parts
- Locating and sourcing required parts from internal and external suppliers
- Receiving orders and ordering parts from suppliers
- Managing inventory levels and conducting stocktakes
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficient computer skills
- A keen eye for detail and ability to work accurately
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
You will also have exposure to factory electronic parts catalogues and experience in working with European marques would be highly regarded.
This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, within a close-knit team environment.
The salary for this position is negotiable based on current experience and growth within the company.
