This role requires a highly organised and efficient individual to coordinate the scheduling of Support Workers and Cleaners.

As a Scheduling Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in various systems, managing customer and employee queries, and demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.

You will need to have rostering, scheduling, and/or general high-level administration experience, prioritise work, and manage schedules in a volume environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

The ideal candidate will be available to work Monday to Friday primarily 9am - 5pm with flexibility to work some early morning, late evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts on occasion.

Eligibility for a satisfactory police clearance for working in Aged Care / with vulnerable individuals is required.
