About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for providing proactive administrative support to internal stakeholders, ensuring performance targets are met through the delivery of high-quality administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as an Administrative Support Specialist will include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders;
  • Accurate data entry and maintenance of records;
  • Team calendar management and scheduling appointments;
  • Booking referrals with service providers and coordinating logistics;
  • Utilizing templates to draft and issue letters to external stakeholders;
  • Requesting and following up on information from external stakeholders as required;
  • Maintaining up-to-date filing systems and ensuring accurate and regular data entry;
  • Uploading relevant data and information into our systems in a timely manner;
  • In line with RTWSA CARE Principles, delivering a tailored customer-centric service with empathy, respect, and a focus on continuous improvement;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Recent work experience within a customer service-based role;
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a team player attitude;
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills;
  • Experience working within a dynamic fast-paced environment.
