Bobst Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bobst Specialist to provide technical services to our customers on the Bobst Product Range.

As a Bobst Specialist, you will be responsible for installation, warranty issues, and service support. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Providing specialised technical Electrical & Mechanical services to customers mainly focused on the Bobst Product Range
  • Attending to installations of Bobst Equipment as directed
  • Addressing Warranty Issues as required
  • Providing Service and Technical Support to our Customers as required
  • Transferring skills to Local Service Engineers
  • Making recommendations or solutions to problems after consultation with any of the Bobst Technical Teams
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fully trained in Industrial Electrical, electronics & engineering with experience on Bobst Machinery
  • Sound understanding of the Mechanical Aspects of the Bobst machinery and related products
  • Sound understanding of the Bobst equipment machine processes
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Electrical/Electronic and technical minded with mechanical aptitude
  • Relevant technical trade qualifications
  • At least 12 months of full-time relevant work experience
  • Proactive mentality to understand equipment processes
  • Ability to prioritise and work unsupervised to meet strict deadlines
