We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Leasing Executive to join our team in Sydney.

The Role:
  • This role involves fielding and managing all leasing enquiries, securing new tenants and executing leasing deals across convenience-based retail assets.
  • Key responsibilities include maintaining a strong pipeline through active prospecting and market engagement, tracking tenant performance and contributing to centre planning initiatives.
  • Another key responsibility is re-negotiating existing leases to maximise gross income and ensure low vacancy, along with rental growth and low incentive capital.
Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in retail leasing or shopping centre environments is required for this position.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial acumen, as well as the ability to build relationships with tenants, agents and internal stakeholders, are essential skills for this role.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for retail and activation, confident communication skills and a strong drive to deliver results are also necessary.

This is a full-time position that requires culture fit - you must be a team player, genuine and positive. Resilience and a can-do attitude are also essential.
