Graduate Speech Pathologist Opportunity

The Graduate Speech Pathologist role is a chance for passionate individuals to develop their clinical expertise across diverse settings.

We are seeking skilled professionals to work with participants of all ages, supporting them with language, mealtime, dysphagia, aphasia, and AAC needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and design therapy plans in various environments, including clients' homes, day centres, parks, and clinic rooms.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide innovative solutions for clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
Support and Development

Our program includes a comprehensive induction session covering community practice, the NDIS, and professional development.

  • Support: You will be surrounded by colleagues who support you through challenges, including a buddy from last year's graduate cohort.
  • Supervision: Mentorship by a discipline-specific supervisor to guide you in working with Better Rehab.
  • Ongoing Training: Six months of dedicated training and upskilling to set you up for the rest of the program and your future career.
  • Study Leave: Four full days paid study leave per calendar year.
  • Resources: Laptop, phone, and access to therapy and assessment resources at all sites.
