Job Title: Senior Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary Allied Health team on the Gold Coast.

  • Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating clients with a range of communication disorders, including speech and language impairments, stuttering, and swallowing difficulties. They will also provide guidance and support to junior team members and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary Qualification: A Bachelor of Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
  • Registration and Accreditation: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and accreditation with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • Experience and Skills: Significant experience working with adults and children with communication disorders, with strong assessment, diagnosis, and treatment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
