Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Alice Springs. As a Project Manager at RPS, you'll help shape communities, influence outcomes, and lead critical government and private sector initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in construction project delivery, ideally on the client side.
  • Qualifications in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contract administration, especially Managing Contractor Contracts.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in MS Office and ideally MS Project.
