Job Description

As a Grounds and Maintenance Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall presentation of our tourist park. This role involves performing daily tasks, maintaining facilities, and performing general grounds upkeep.

  • Perform daily tasks to ensure the park remains clean and tidy.
  • Maintain condition and cleanliness of park facilities.
  • Perform general grounds upkeep, including landscaping, mowing, and litter removal.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in grounds keeping and be skilled in building and grounds maintenance tasks. A trade qualification is desirable, and pool maintenance experience would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety, aesthetic appeal, and maintenance of the property.
  • Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in grounds keeping.
  • Skilled in building and grounds maintenance tasks.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to safely operate groundskeeping equipment and power tools.
