Job Title: Facilities Assistant

Job Overview:

A facilities technician position is available to maintain our community's appearance and functionality.

This role involves performing repairs, maintenance, and minor construction tasks to ensure our buildings remain safe and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the overall condition of our community by completing repairs and touch-ups as needed.
  • Assist with apartment make-ready processes to ensure vacant units remain market-ready.
  • Respond to resident queries and complete minor repairs promptly.
  • Support compliance and safety checks by ensuring all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by delivering exceptional support to residents and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • A practical thinker with a can-do attitude and physical ability to perform tasks that require lifting, climbing, and remaining active throughout the day.
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
  • Prior experience in maintenance or a similar role is an advantage.
  • A helpful and friendly demeanor, professional and courteous when interacting with residents and colleagues.
