Pool Maintenance and Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Pool Maintenance and Repair Specialist. As a key member of our mobile service team, you will be responsible for maintaining swimming pools and spas in both residential and commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain swimming pools and spas in residential and commercial environments, ensuring optimal water quality and equipment performance.
- Conduct regular water testing and add chemicals as required to maintain pool water clarity and safety.
- Perform basic marketing activities while in the field, promoting our services to potential customers and building relationships with existing clients.
- Organize and manage stock as required in your van, ensuring that you have all necessary materials and equipment to complete tasks efficiently.
- Diagnose and repair faults with pool equipment, using your problem-solving skills to resolve issues effectively.
Requirements:
- Current open driver's license, enabling you to travel to customer locations safely and efficiently.
- Self-motivated individual able to work independently, think on your feet, and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Able to work unsupervised and enjoy working outdoors, spending time in a variety of environmental conditions.
- Enjoy dealing with customers, providing excellent service and building strong relationships.
