Physiotherapist

This role is an opportunity to provide quality, responsive physiotherapy services to patients and their families in a community-based palliative care setting. Our team works collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care and support.

  • Develop and implement individualised physiotherapy plans to enhance patient outcomes and improve quality of life.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored interventions to address physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their carers to promote self-management and independence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Registration as a Physiotherapist with the relevant professional body.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience working in a community-based palliative care context.
  • Excellent clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
