Job Description:Overview

As a Case Manager at EML, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of workers compensation claims with a focus on physical and psychological-based injuries. You will work closely with injured workers, their employers, and external stakeholders to help them return to work as quickly and safely as possible.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a full portfolio of workers compensation claims.
  • Work with injured workers, their employers, and external stakeholders to develop a plan to assist in their return-to-work journey.
  • Liaise with internal specialists to create a strategic plan to help injured workers get back into work as quickly and safely as possible.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • You have experience building rapport and collaborative relationships with customers.
  • You are proactive, self-motivated, and can think creatively when engaging with stakeholders.
  • You have experience managing, negotiating, and influencing positive outcomes.
