We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Community Support Workers working on a casual basis in Streaky Bay.
About the RoleAs a Community Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to clients with complex care needs, working closely and collaboratively with the consumer, their family and other health professionals, to provide quality outcomes and maintain consumer independence where possible.
You will be responsible for providing services including personal care, medication support, cleaning, meal preparation, transport and social support, to persons who are aged, frail or disabled and who wish to remain living in their own home with some assistance, or are living in a Residential Aged Care facility.

To be appointed to the WHA4 level, you must have completed Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Aged Care, Disability or Home and Community).
You will also be required to undergo a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.
