Key Responsibilities- Provide quality services including cleaning, transport, and social support to individuals who are aged, frail, or disabled.
- Work closely and collaboratively with consumers, their families, and other health professionals to achieve quality outcomes and maintain consumer independence.
- Be flexible and empathetic, with the ability to work autonomously in the community.
- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Aged Care, Disability, or Home and Community) for WHA4 level.
- Ability to work in a Consumer Directed Care model, with a focus on consumer choice and control.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a variety of settings, including community and residential aged care facilities.
