As a key player in the eApproval program team at Ministry of Health, we are seeking an experienced Project Officer to drive the management and coordination of complex programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management Services: Provide high-level project management services including preparation of documentation, monitoring and updating project plans/schedules, updating monthly financials, and supporting related activities.
  • Implementation Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate all aspects of implementation, including risk and contingency management, benefits realisation, impact and quality measures, identify and address issues, assess progress and effectiveness, and achieve outcomes.
  • Brief Preparation and Documentation: Prepare and maintain briefs and project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to ensure accessibility of quality information and contribute to the achievement of project and program outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Assist in coordinating with work streams and stakeholders to ensure reporting of projects and programs is completed within the organisation and business governance frameworks.
About You

We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate exceptional project co-ordination and support skills, with experience in providing high-level support to complex technical ICT/digital projects in a large service industry organisation.
