About the Role

The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Customer Platforms domain. As a CRM Functional Analyst, you'll be responsible for working with our CRM and Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging your deep understanding of MYOB business processes to propose and configure solutions that drive great outcomes for our customers. Your expertise in gathering business requirements, developing user stories, and training end-users will be invaluable in this role.

The Skills You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a self-motivated, resourceful, and naturally curious individual with a creative mindset. You'll have experience working with CRM and Salesforce in an agile, large-scale commercial environment, and be able to adapt to changing requirements. Your strong organisation and facilitation skills, combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills, will enable you to effectively communicate with a range of personnel at all levels of the company.
