Role Overview

We seek a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team in Campbelltown on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with great customer service skills.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, determining their needs and requirements. You will work closely with the workshop and parts departments to provide timely and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers, assessing their requirements and advising on suitable options
  • Liaise with colleagues in the workshop and parts departments to ensure seamless communication
  • Develop and implement repair quotes, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with customers to deliver a world-class customer experience, exceeding manufacturer CSI targets
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a Retail Automotive Service Department
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, numeracy, and customer service expertise
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Sound knowledge of automotive technology and principles
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential, as well as a professional attitude and organized approach
  • Current driver's license and eligibility to work in Australia with residency entitlements
