Job Title

Delivering exceptional customer experiences is crucial for a dynamic automotive brand. A highly skilled Case Manager is sought after to provide full Omni-Channel concern resolution support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction while reflecting and protecting the best interest of our client.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound contacts through multiple channels (voice, email, social media) from customers regarding their vehicles or experience with the luxury automotive brand.

The Case Manager will prioritize end-to-end case management by researching, following up, involving various departments, and ensuring the customer is kept updated along the way. They will take full ownership of own case file and act as backup to designated buddy for continuity of service and action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound contacts through multiple channels (voice, email, social media) from customers regarding their vehicles or experience with the luxury automotive brand.
  • Prioritize end-to-end case management by researching, following up, involving various departments, and ensuring the customer is kept updated along the way.
  • Take full ownership of own case file and act as backup to designated buddy for continuity of service and action.
Your Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in case management and customer support, including handling objections.
  • Strong communication skills across multiple channels.
  • Ability to provide end-to-end support for customers.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to research and present best resolution to meet company and client expectations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
