Technical Leadership Role

This is a hands-on leadership position where you will oversee a team of Desktop Support Officers, ensuring high-quality technical support and service delivery across multiple sites.

About the Job
  • Lead and mentor a team of Desktop Support Officers to ensure effective technical support and service delivery.
  • Provide Level 2 ICT support for hardware, software, video conferencing, and peripheral devices.
  • Manage ICT equipment provisioning and maintain accuracy of asset registers.
  • Collaborate with other teams and external vendors for escalations and upgrades.
  • Monitor team resources and ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement and maintain ICT knowledge base documentation.
